Every kid learns to read. Every kid learns to count. Almost no kid is taught what to do when a feeling is bigger than they are. We've both watched what that costs, up close, and we've both seen how different things look for a child who gets the skills early.

The skills exist. Child psychologists teach them every day. But most kids never get a seat in that room, and the ones who do get an hour a fortnight. We think that's the biggest gap in a child's education, and we think it's fixable.

So we're building the thing we wish we'd had: emotional skills taught the way kids actually learn, through a character they love and games they want to play. Ten minutes a day, from the age of five. Every kid in Australia, then every kid.
